1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Tr3sPass ("Company," "we," "us") governing your use of the Tr3sPass mobile application ("App") available on the Apple App Store.
By downloading, installing, or using the App you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App and delete it from your device.
This Agreement is between you and Tr3sPass only — not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service ("Usage Rules").
This license does not allow you to use the App on any device you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time, except as permitted by the Usage Rules.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans ("Subscription") that unlock premium features. By subscribing you agree to the following:
- Payment. The price is displayed in the App before you confirm the purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Renewal. Your Subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, depending on your plan) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The renewal charge is the same as the original price unless we notify you of a price change in advance.
- Price Changes. We may change subscription prices at any time. If the price increases, Apple will notify you and, if required, seek your consent before charging the new price.
- Managing & Cancelling. You can manage or cancel your Subscription in your device settings: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, or through the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
- No Refunds. Except as required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial subscription periods. All billing and refund inquiries must be directed to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. Free Trials & Promotions
We may offer a free-trial or introductory-price period. If a free trial is offered, the specific duration will be clearly disclosed before you subscribe. Any unused portion of the trial is forfeited once you purchase a subscription. At the end of the free trial your Subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the stated price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expires.
5. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the App or any part thereof.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
- Redistribute, sublicense, lease, rent, lend, or otherwise transfer the App or access to it to any third party.
- Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, systems, or any data not intended for you.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its infrastructure.
- Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access or interact with the App.
6. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or using the App.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly allow persons under 18 to create an account or use the App. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their access.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App. You represent that you have the rights to share any User Content and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
8. Prohibited Content & Zero-Tolerance Policy
Tr3sPass maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to use the App to create, transmit, or share any content that:
- Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or depicts sexual exploitation of minors;
- Promotes or glorifies violence, self-harm, or terrorism;
- Constitutes harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of any person;
- Contains hate speech or content that degrades individuals based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
- Is defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading;
- Infringes any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights;
- Contains malware, phishing attempts, or other harmful code;
- Promotes illegal activities, including the sale of controlled substances, weapons, or counterfeit goods;
- Solicits personal information from minors; or
- Otherwise violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
Violation of this section will result in immediate termination of the offending session, removal of any associated content, and permanent restriction of the offending user's access to the App.
9. Reporting, Blocking & Moderation
- Reporting. Users may report objectionable content or abusive behavior directly within the App using the built-in reporting feature available in every chat session. Reports may also be submitted via email to support@triplecyber.com.
- Blocking. Users may block any other user at any time. A blocked user will be immediately and permanently prevented from initiating further communication with the blocking user.
- Immediate Session Termination. Users may immediately terminate and exit any chat session at any time. Upon termination, all ephemeral content associated with that session is deleted.
- Moderation & Enforcement. Tr3sPass will review all reports of objectionable content or abusive conduct and take action within 24 hours of receiving a report. Actions may include, but are not limited to:
- Removal of the reported content;
- Immediate termination of the offending session;
- Temporary or permanent suspension of the offending user's account;
- Reporting to law enforcement where required by applicable law.
- Content Filtering. The App employs automated filtering mechanisms to detect and prevent the transmission of objectionable content. These systems operate in addition to user reporting and do not guarantee the detection of all prohibited material.
- Right to Remove Content and Restrict Access. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any content and restrict or terminate any user's access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that we determine to be in violation of this Agreement, harmful to other users, or otherwise objectionable.
10. In-App Contact & Support
Users may contact Tr3sPass at any time to report inappropriate activity, provide feedback, or request assistance through the following channels:

We are committed to responding to all reports of inappropriate activity within 24 hours.
11. Intellectual Property
The App, including all text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, trademarks, logos, code, and software, is owned by or licensed to Tr3sPass and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in the App beyond the limited license set forth in Section 2.
12. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using the App you consent to such processing.
13. Disclaimers & "As Is"
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TR3SPASS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF:
- Your use or inability to use the App;
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein;
- Any third-party content or conduct on the App.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tr3sPass and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) shall survive.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting the App from your devices and cancelling any active Subscription.
17. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction thereof.
Nothing in this Agreement affects the statutory rights of consumers that cannot be waived or limited by contract.
