Subscription Help

Tr3sPass Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Here is everything you need to know.

Cancel Your Subscription

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select Tr3sPass and tap Cancel Subscription. Access continues until the current period ends.

Change Your Plan

Go to Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select Tr3sPass to switch between Monthly and Annual. The change takes effect at the next renewal date.

Deleting the App

Uninstalling Tr3sPass does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your Apple ID settings to stop future charges.

Refund Requests

Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a request. Tr3sPass cannot process refunds directly.

Technical Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing issues with Tr3sPass, please try the following steps before contacting support:

  1. Force-close and reopen the app. Swipe up from the app switcher to close it completely, then relaunch.
  2. Update the app. Open the App Store, go to your profile, and check for available updates.
  3. Update iOS. Go to Settings, then General, then Software Update. Install any pending updates.
  4. Restart your device. Power off your iPhone or iPad completely, wait a few seconds, then power it back on.
  5. Reinstall the app. Delete Tr3sPass and download it again from the App Store. Your subscription will be restored automatically.
  6. Contact support. If none of the above resolves the issue, email support@triplecyber.com with your device model, iOS version, and a brief description of the problem.
